Shock, Anxiety, Depression, Relief- Sending a Son to College
Shock: The shock I ll not focus on is that my senior son was accepted to the college of his choice in Idaho. This news brought no anxiety or depression, but tons of relief to us a month ago when he got the acceptance letter. The shock I will focus on came a week ago when we were informed that in order to attend this school, he has to start on June 4th. Yes, that is June 4, 2008, a mere 3 months away. Anxiety: Immediately upon receipt of this news, my emotions switched into high anxiety mode
